Steve Marshall Ford Dealership

Metal Building Group worked with the owner and their team of consultants to design the new Steve Marshall Ford Dealership located in Campbell River, BC. The new facility consisted of approximately a 31,100 sf footprint with an additional 5,400 sf of mezzanine space to house their vehicle showroom, sales offices, new car delivery area, vehicle parts and service area and a drive-thru car wash. MBG worked with VP Buildings Inc. to provide the pre-engineered steel building system and utilized their Continuous Beam frames for the primary structure along with their Standing Seam Roof and Vee Rib Wall system for the majority of the building envelope. The General Contractor installed aluminum composite panels, curtain wall glazing and wood cladding to the main frontage of the building to provide the “Car Dealership” look for the client.
