An advanced compost processing facility with specialized design and finishing requirements needed to withstand a highly corrosive environment. The steel building included seal welded epoxy painted frames and barrier series cladding. The 11,000 sqft building was also designed to integrate production equipment walkway platforms, overhead cranes and extremely high climatic loads in Callahan Valley, Whistler BC.
