Purolator

This cross dock facility was built for Puralotor’s operations in Nanaimo, BC. The 9,700 sqft building was set on top of an elevated floor slab with multiple doors running down each side wall and one endwall. The building also features a wrap around canopy located above the overhead doors for weather protection during loading and off loading. Attached to the building is a conventional wood framed office which uses the same exterior cladding as the warehouse building to keep the exterior look consistent.

This project was selected as a finalists in the Industrial Building category for the 2010 Commercial Building Awards (CBA) as voted by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB).
