Port of Nanaimo Vehicle Processing Facility

MBG was responsible for upgrading and refurbishing two existing 50-year old warehouse buildings. Each building is 100’ wide x 300’ long (60,000 square feet total floor area) and required structural upgrades to meet seismic requirements of the current National Building Code. In addition, the work included removing and installing all of the exterior cladding, installing new interior liner panels, repainting all structural steel and upgrading electrical and mechanical facilities.
