P and R Truck Centre

The P and R Truck Centre was built in an Industrial area of Nanaimo which will provide sales and service to Western Star and Freightliner trucks and trailers. The 10-bay shop area is constructed of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building and houses a 7.5-ton top running bridge crane. The Sales, Service and Parts are located in the attached 2 story wood structure which was built by our good friends at Windley Contracting. In addition to the Shop Building, we also built a separate covered wash bay so they could keep vehicles nice and shiny for their customers. Both buildings utilize Varco Pruden’s Standing Seam Roof system and Panel Rib wall system to clad the exterior.
