Lytton Fire Base Building

This facility consists of a 3,000 SF main floor with a full 3,000 SF 2nd Floor and will serve as the new Fire Base in Lytton, BC for the Wildfire Management Branch of the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development. The building utilizes a Standing Seam Roof system with R37 Rigid Board insulation, along with a 9” R30 fiberglass cavity filled wall system to meet the Architects high thermal performance requirements.
