MBG worked with Greyback Construction to supply and install this building for FortisBC at the Oliver Y Substation in Oliver, BC. The building was designed to Post-Disaster design criteria and had a full interior liner package, R28 cavity filled roof insulation and a 2-Hr Fire Rated exterior wall assembly.
